Moving through the coastal wetlands, I was struck by the feeling that these trees existed within a different sense of time altogether. Rising from the shallow water and draped in moss, they carried a quiet presence that felt both ancient and alive. The filtered light and layered textures gave the landscape an atmosphere that seemed suspended somewhere between memory and place.
What stayed with me was not simply the scale of the trees, but the sense of endurance they embodied. Surrounded by constant change—water, weather, shifting seasons—they remained rooted and still, holding the history of the landscape within them. The image reflects on the quiet relationship between time, resilience, and the natural world that continues around us, often unnoticed.
